Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout, and delivery time is dependent on location.We ship both domestically and internationally, please note that international orders will take a bit longer to arrive and may be subject to other taxes and fees upon arrival.
We offer free shipping for orders over $75. When your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking number to update.
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the order amount minus the cost of the return label. Crystals, stones and crystal jewelry are final sale, and personal care items (such as beauty products, lotions and CBD products), custom products, perishable goods, sale items and gift cards cannot be returned. If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@shopspellcrafter.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
