Orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days. We ship via either UPS or USPS, you will get a tracking number and an estimated delivery date as soon as it ships.

If items in an online order are damaged in transit, please email us at hello@shopspellcrafter.com!

For other returns, orders can be returned within 30 days of purchase (or receipt for online orders) if they are unused and in their original condition.
