Shipping Policy

Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout, and delivery time is dependent on location.We ship both domestically and internationally, please note that international orders will take a bit longer to arrive and may be subject to other taxes and fees upon arrival.

We offer free shipping for orders over $75. When your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking number to update.

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@shopspellcrafter.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
